How It Started

From Hobby to Obsession

What started as a home roaster in a garage became a full-blown obsession. We fell in love with the craft—the way heat transforms raw green beans into something extraordinary, the way each origin tells a different story.

Pretty soon, friends were asking for bags. Then friends of friends. Before we knew it, we had a business built on one simple idea: coffee this good shouldn't be hard to find.

Every week, we roast in small batches. Not because it's trendy—because it's how you get the best coffee. Large-scale roasting sacrifices nuance for consistency. We'd rather give you something exceptional.
